U.T.H.S.C.

The U.T.H.S.C. was a 62,000 S.F. PATCRAFT TIMBER GROVE II V4 00568 MOORELAND 20MIL 2.5MML.V.T., and ARIZONA TILE FLASH COBALT 5″X5″ RECEPTION FACADE & BACKSPLASHES, DALTILE FABRIQUE BLANC LINEN P685 12″X24″ and DALTILE COLOR WHEEL CLASSIC 0100 WHITE 3″X6″ (CT-1) MAIN RESTROOMS.

The project was completed in 3 weeks.

Ana’s Beauty

Ana’s Beauty was an expansion and renovation where we removed existing L.V.T. and installed EF Contract Melange L.V.T.
The expansion was installed during working hours and the renovation was completed after hours.

Texas Center for Athletes

This was a remodel of the Corridors and restrooms.
We installed MANNINGTON URBAN GRID 13219 SCAFFOLD DISTRICT carpet and CONCEPT SURFACES HIGH LINE GRAY 16X32 TILE

Claybourn

Claybourn Frakes was a custom project. We had UN-FILLED AND ROUGH CUT TRAVERTINE 18X18 TILE hammered to match the lobby of the building.
We installed in the conference room NOVA CORK FLOORING COMPRIDO NATURAL surrounded by granite.

Uplands

Uplands was a ground up project where we installed STONE SOURCE COURTAUD GRIS HONE LIMESTONE 24X24 HONED on the lobby walls on the first and second floors. In the restrooms and showers, we installed ALKUSARI STONE TRIANGLE MONE BLANC 8X8X1/2, GAMINI ORGANIC RUG DARK 2X2 MOSAIC, and PATCRAFT RISE IN CLIMB I0465-00550 OFFSET in the corridors.
